When happens after placing my order?
You will receive an order confirmation to your provided email address. Please check your junk mail if you have trouble finding it in inbox.
All orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. In peak periods please allow for up to 5 business days for dispatch.
What happens if I entered the wrong address?
If you see any mistakes in the address you submitted, please send us an email immediately with a title 'URGENT' so we can correct it before being shipped out. If a package fails to deliver due to 'insufficient address' unfortunately we cannot offer any compensation for that matter.
How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation e-mail and tracking number once your products are shipped - Tracking can take between 2 – 3 days to update so please be patient.

Some exceptions should be expected. As some countries have particular Customs procedures.
Our products will reach you, even if you’re in a distant area! (though keep in mind that it’ll take a bit more time).
- The delivery dates provided are calculated using an estimation based on the shipment date, and taking the transit time into account.
- Having an incorrect shipping address, inclement weather, Customs procedures, and diverse circumstances that escape our control may affect the delivery time.
- Keep in mind that import duties, along with any other fees and applicable taxes are not taken into account in the item’s price, or the shipment charges and are the responsibility of the buyer.
Where will my package ship from?
We are a small UK business, however we work with a logistic partner in China, USA and UK to be able to ship to multiple countries at an affordable rate. This allows us to provide our customers with a great price point.
Lost or stolen orders
Guffaw Kids accepts no responsibility for lost or stolen items that have been confirmed as successfully delivered by the courier. The company does not reimburse or replace orders that have been confirmed as delivered by the courier and are reported lost or stolen.
